We are unable to accept cash payments at the studio. Please pay by credit or debit card.
REFUND POLICY
All in-person and online workshops, events and class passes/packs/monthly unlimited sales are final and not refundable.
Autopay monthly unlimited passes may be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the next payment date (after the initial 3 months of subscription), or paused for up to one month (7 days notice required for suspensions).
If you would like to transfer unused classes to another student, you are able to do so by emailing in a request.
NO-SHOW AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
Studio classes - You are able to cancel your registration for all classes and workshops up to 2 hours before the session start time.
No shows and/or cancellations occurring within 2 hours of the session start time will be charged in full.
Unlimited pass holders will be charged £7.50 for more than one no show / late cancellation within any 30 days period (one no show per 30 days allowed).

No late arrivals - in order to limit disruption and respect the atmosphere of the studio, the door will be closed upon class starting and latecomers will not be able to attend. Please make sure you arrive min 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled. We know life gets in the way some days, but hope you can understand.

Private and corporate classes - these can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session start time. No shows and/or cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged in full.

Studio hires - these can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the session start time. Cancellations occurring within 48 hours of the session start time will be charged in full.

CONCESSIONS
15% discounts are available to students, university and OUP staff, NHS staff members and benefits recipients. If you have an ID pass to prove your eligibility, please email a copy of it to info@pranayogaoxford.com to receive your discount.
SAFE SPACE POLICY
We implement a zero-harassment policy in studio and online. We reserve the right to deny entry to any class at our own discretion.
